Pointon Playing Field

Pointon's six-acre public playing field (off Fen Road) was established by the Parish Council in 1973. There are two full size football pitches, with a Junior pitch overlaid sideways on. Facilities include a pavilion with clubhouse and changing facilities operated by Pointon Sports and Social Club.

Children's Play Area

There is a children's play area with Seesaw, Cradle Swings, Rocket, Slide, Flat Swings and Roundabout.

Car Boot Sales

Car Boot Sales have been held in the summer on the Playing Field for many years.

All proceeds go to Pointon Sports and Social Club and the local groups and charities we support.

Pointon Sports & Social Club

The Sports and Social Club opened in April 1982 in the Pavilion in the SE corner of the playing field. Individual membership subscription is £2.00 annually, family membership £3.00 annually.
